Gidi Life — a Lagos life simulation game
Gidi Life is a free multiplayer life game set in Lagos, Nigeria. You play it in your phone or computer browser, with other real players. Start small in a single room in Ikorodu, a self-contain in Yaba or a mini flat in Surulere, pick your first hustle, and work your way towards Lekki.
What you do in Gidi Life
- Move around Lagos. Take danfo, keke, okada or a ride-hail across the city: Ikorodu Road, Third Mainland Bridge, the Lekki–Ikoyi Link Bridge, all the way to the beach.
- Hustle with sense. Every job is a real Lagos situation, at a POS stand, a danfo park or an owambe. The right call pays more; a careless one can cost you.
- Live your life. Eat, rest, shower, have fun and see people. Pay your rent, deal with NEPA taking light, and move up to a better home.
- Play your people. Challenge friends to Gidi Whot, Ludo, Draughts or Ayo Olópọ́n, live on both phones, for fun or for an in-game stake.
- Grow. Build skills, earn promotions and milestones, climb the wealth ranking, and vote in the Gidi Council.
Free, in your browser
No download. Gidi Life runs in mobile and desktop browsers. All money in the game is in-game naira: it is play money, and it can't be bought or cashed out. Gidi Life is for players aged 18 and over.
